Location: Santa Clara, CA

Hours: 35 hours per week (Flexible schedule, including some evening hours)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a School Psychologist to support an adult education program (18+) for the 2025-2026 school year. This role offers significant flexibility, requiring meetings with students multiple times a week, including some evening hours. The psychologist will provide essential mental health support, assessments, and interventions to help students succeed in their academic and personal development.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for students in the adult program.

Develop and implement individualized support plans to address emotional, behavioral, and learning challenges.

Collaborate with educators, families, and staff to create a supportive learning environment.

Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and consultation services as needed.

Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP/504 meetings.

Adapt schedule to meet with students and staff at flexible times throughout the week.
Qualifications:
- Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology
- California PPS Credential in School Psychology (required)
- Experience working with adult students (18+) is preferred
- Strong ability to work independently and flexibly based on student needs
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
